Digest #10 - Muslim rulers sell out Gaza (again!) & France's Islamophobia problem
Trump's visit to the Middle East is historic but not for his diplomacy but the servitude of the Arab rulers.
Muslim rulers sell out Gaza (again!)
There are moments in history that people look back at and call historic , be they good or bad. These are moments that are so powerful, so moving and so beyond all else that has ever happened before that they will be remembered for a very long time. The end of the Ottoman Caliphate, World War I & II & the collapse of the Soviet Union are some that come to mind over the last hundred years or so. Today the term is thrown about too regularly to hold the weight it deserves.
What the world witnessed this week with Donald Trump’s visit to the Middle East was a truly historic moment. Much pomp and ceremony greeted Trump in the Middle East, not the refined kind but the crass kind where you have dancing women, golden ornaments and red Cybertrucks as an escort.
For many Trump has redefined the art of diplomacy making diplomatic progress at the speed of light replacing diplomacy with business. Trump’s deals worth over $2 Trillion with Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE, in industries such as defence, Ai & aviation were groundbreaking in their size and speed. When you add to this mix Trumps statement on Syria
“we will be dropping all of the sanctions on Syria … to give them a chance at a fresh start”
then even the fiercest opponent of Trump would accept he has pulled off somewhat of diplomatic coup. To top it all off Qatar gifted Trump a $400 million plane to replace Air Force One.
What makes these deals historic is not the diplomatic skill of Trump but the outright shame faced betrayal of the Arab rulers.
There can be nothing more shameless than Saudi Arabia agreeing to purchase over $142 billion worth of military equipment when the Palestinians right on their doorstep are being killed day and night. These rulers don’t even care about the optics of doing deals with the sponsors of Zionism whilst a genocide is going on.
Embolden by the lack of action by the surrounding Arab rulers and the wider complicity of the world the Zionists continued their butchery of the Palestinians Bombing a Hospital, burning tents and seizing territory. There is only so much to write and say about barbarity. With a free hand to do what they wish the Zionists know no limits.
Leaders rise and fall, oppression doesn’t last forever, these rulers need to be replaced and eventually they will be. Palestine will one day be free, Islam will bring peace to the region as it did in the past.
The names of these traitors will go down in history along with the likes of Abu Jahal and other enemies of Islam.
Islamophobic murder in France
On Friday 25 April, Aboubakar Cissé, a 22-year-old, was murdered in a mosque as he explained how to pray to a man not known to him. He was stabbed 57 times as he prostrated, with the murderer sharing the video on Snapchat, boasting he had done it.
As reported by The Guardian, the crime was not seen as an Islamophobic incident. Initially it was reported as a dispute between worshippers. The French prosecutor said the motive of the murder was not ideological but rather driven by an ‘urge’. What kind of urge makes a man go into a mosque and kill someone showing him how to pray, its an Islamophobic urge. Just like every non-Muslim terrorist is mentally ill governments are giving a pass to hate crimes against Muslims and normalising anti-Muslim hate.
This crime is symbolic of the anti-Muslim feelings that are sweeping across Europe, from the UK with Reform, to the right-wing parties in Italy, Germany and France. Even when these parties fail to win elections, the sentiments of their supporter base remain. Without the power of government and egged on by politicians, the supporters of these far-right parties are taking matters into their own hands.
France’s Crypto kidnap problem
In a posh suburb of Paris on the 13th May in scenes which resembled a movie plot a mother and her two-year- old were victims of an attempted kidnapping in broad daylight. The video can be seen below.
The hero of the story was a local shopkeeper named Nabil (probably Muslim) who managed to scare off the kidnappers with a fire extinguisher. There is an irony there considering how Muslims are treated in the country, it seems the only good Muslim is the one saving someone from a kidnapping.
The woman was the daughter of Pierre Noizat, who owns the Paymium platform and made his fortune in Cryptocurrency. Her attempted kidnapping is not isolated with French organised crime gangs targeting the Cryptocurrency sector to extort money via kidnapping and violence.
Western sociery is facing a crime epidemic from daylight shoplifting in New York, mobile phone thefts in London and now this in Paris. As economic conditions get worse criminals get bolder and society has no answer.
